		<description>Mr. Kaul Sir I received a new 7000s modem as my old modem was determined to be defective. Hughes has never been able to get me back on the internet. The software cd said the new modem's software was out of date.
My system shut down on April 7 at 1:30 am. Advaanced Tech support got me online for a few moments. When the computer was shut off and turned back on I could not get the Hughes home page up.
Billing was billing me although I did not have service. I asked for credit for the downtime, but they continued to bill, so I cancelled the credit card.
What do I have to do to get the system up and running?</description>
